or job applications by post or email. This web site allows you to search through
all vacancies available, and gives recruiters a possibility to see your resume
and match you to their positions. After completing the on-line application
process you are contacting recruiters directly, in a fast and easy way.

When you apply for a job advertised on TopofJobs.com, the advertiser gets an
email with your request.TopofJobs.com encourages its advertisers to respond to
all applications, but unfortunately they don’t necessary do. It is always a good
idea to send another email or just make a call after sending an application.
As TopofJobs.com is not a traditional employment agency, we do not take part
in the selection process. For feedback on your application you need to contact
the advertiser. If you have used the 'Apply for this job' button, you can
usually get their contact details by logging in to your 'My Portal' account, and
clicking on the 'Applications And Invitations ' link. On this page you will find
a list of positions you have applied for, as well as all companies’ invitations
waiting for your response. Click on the job title to see the details.

Yes, being a foreign citizen you can still apply for any positions advertised
on TopofJobs.com. You must, however, be legally eligible to work in the country
where the job is based in.

Yes, absolutely. No matter what country the company is located in, they still
can advertise their vacancies on TopofJobs.com.

When you send an online application via TopofJobs.com, we attach your Resume to
the email; and add the text of your cover letter and your answers to the work
eligibility questionnaire. The email also includes your email address so that
the recruiter can contact you directly.

After applying from TopofJobs.com online, all your communication with an
employer will be stored on your application and invitation page. On this page
you can also see whether or not your application has been reviewed. All the
company details you can find in the vacancy announcement.

- Jobseeker profile
By completing your online resume you are giving recruiters all relevant
information about you: your professional skills, work experience and contact
details. After that every recruiter using our online search will be able to see
your profile and match you with the vacancies they have. This gives you a
perfect chance to get a job that matches your skills, without even searching for
it.
It is highly recommended that you complete your online resume. If you have
any difficulties with that, please take a look at our library to find useful
articles and examples.

Yes, to apply for a job you need to complete the online resume. Please, take
it seriously, as this resume is your main tool to promote yourself, to attract
recruiters’ and HR managers’ interest.

Your profile is stored in our database, and you can manually control the way
it’s being used. Recruiters use 'Candidate search' specifying what kind of
skills they need to search our database for matches. When they find a match they
contact the candidate. You can choose whether your profile will be available for
this search or not.

After logging in, click "My resume" in "My Area" menu or "Post Resume" button in your personal cabinet. If you are a new user, follow the prompts to create your account. Every page is supported with relevant help on how to create resume or use a tool.

To change your Resume you should first go to ‘My Resume’ and select the one you would like to change. Then click the “Edit” button. Make all necessary changes and click "Save Resume". Your Resume has now been updated.
Then go to the ‘Visibility settings’ page to change your visibility status
(if needed) and click ‘Publish’. Your Resume has now been updated.

There are 2 main ways to add work experience:
- Word Format (the most popular format). Word format is used if you already have your resume ready and want to copy and paste it quickly. You need to copy and paste the text into text area.
- You can type your work experience directly to Work experience text area. This option can be used if you don't have a ready-to-use resume.
Note: Depending on your browser settings you may need to allow pop-up windows
on your browser to be able to open small window to insert your work experience

TopofJobs.com has two levels of privacy for the Jobseeker Profile. Using the Change Resume Settings you can choose to:
- "The whole web' button - Make all your information searchable, including your name, contact details and Resume.
- "No one' button - Make all your information private. Your Jobseeker Profile becomes hidden and is no longer available for recruiters’ search. You are still able to view it via your ‘My Area" and can make it viewable again at any time. These options are located at the bottom of the ‘Publication of resume’ page. You will need to click on the 'Save Resume' button after you make your choice.

To make your profile completely private, click on the "No one" button in the Resume Settings on the Publication of Resume page. Your Jobseeker Profile becomes hidden and is no longer available for recruiters’ search. You are still able to view it via your ‘My Area" and can make it viewable again at any time.

- Emails
You can create a JBE account in the ‘My Area’ menu after logging in, clicking on the item “Mail Agent”. You can change your subscription settings at any time.

To change your current email address log in, choose in My Area menu item Personal Details, click on it and make necessary changes. If you change your email address on our web page, remember to use it next time you log in. Also remember that all our emails will be now sent to this new email address.

To unsubscribe from the ‘Jobs By Email’ service, log into ‘My Area and choose from the menu Mail Agent item. Click on the “Subscription disabled' button to put the subscription on hold. You will always be able to activate it again. To stop recruiters from being able to view your Jobseeker Profile and contact you, log into ‘My Area” and in ‘My Resume’ section select the resume you would like to change and click button “Edit”. After opening this resume you will see ‘Resume Settings’ at the bottom of the page. There are 2 types of settings available. Choose the 2nd option: "No one" button. Your Jobseeker Profile becomes hidden and is no longer available for recruiters’ search. You are still able to view it via your ‘My Area" and can make it viewable again at any time.

If you are not receiving 'Jobs by email' to your new email address, try
clicking on the 'Don't send email' option, then clicking back to 'Send emails'.
This should fix it.

- Registration process
There are several ways to register on TopofJobs.com. The easiest one is to click on the 'Login area' ‘Registration’ button, which appears just on every page. Choose what type of user you are (company, candidate or agency). If you are a candidate you can register by clicking ‘Post Resume” on the very right side every page, follow the prompts and you will create a ‘My Area” account within minutes. For Employer – choose button “Post Vacancies”

Always use the same email address as you specified while creating your
account, and don’t forget your password. Always check your Caps Lock key before
typing your password.
If you have forgotten your password, click on the 'Forgot password' link, and
we will email it to you.
