§ Wrote project status reports, developed project plans, and presented design proposals thus managing the website release with an extremely short timeline, delivering it ahead of schedule.
§ Coordinated with development team for creation of a portal for the suppliers where the daily replenishment of stocks and stock item status is reflected on a daily basis.

§ Initial task was to carry out an overall optimization of the existing code by implementing newer technology using functions and stored procedures in T- SQL to speed up page execution.
§ Not only successfully carried out the entire revamp of the website but also was responsible for smooth transition of the existing users to the updated website enhanced with newer features.
§ Capitaline consisting of over 5 separate Market sub modules and over 550 web pages was launched within 7 months of back to back development is regarded as a benchmark for financial reports for over 13,000 Indian listed and unlisted companies using ASP 3.0 as frontend and MS SQL as backend.

§ Oversaw a team of 5 to develop the website that will be marketed to financial professionals to help them make investment decisions by providing market commentary, fund performers, international indices, company fundamentals
§ Worked with C#, HTML, JavaScript, CSS, and MS SQL Server to develop the website.
§ Utilized inputs from marketing team to develop the look and functionality of the application to meet customer needs.

§ A path breaking project aimed at providing up to date market information at the touch of a button to mobile users.
§ Faced a distinctive problem of presenting short but essential stock updates and other relevant market commentary to mobile browsers.
§ Achieved the intended objective by using XHTML to render pages with ASP as frontend and MS SQL as backend and was applauded by the Client for combining technology and aesthetics without compromising on the efficiency.
§ The existing project is in Phase I of development and testing with Phase II leading to sending SMS alerts to user from the website.

o Automated Feedback System

Client - Taj Group of Hotels.
Responsibilities
§ Teamed up with 3 people for automating a pre manual task of sending out feedback forms to guests who have stayed in any of the Taj Hotels all over India or abroad, data collection and data scrutiny to enhance guest stay.
§ Reengineered existing processes for managing sending out feedback forms, collection, sorting and data analysis of the feedback using PHP, Javascript , HTML and My SQL.
§ This meticulous system could be extended to include any number of properties in the Taj Group of Hotels all over India by updating the database using front end forms without making any changes to the code on hand.
§ The exceptional efforts put in for this project enabled the company to land plum contracts with the esteemed Taj Group of Hotels.
